To build a skilled and inclusive clean-energy workforce for strengthening Nigeria’s DER expansion and reducing ATC losses.
IMPACT STATEMENT
NEAT-Hub enhances workforce, enhances energy reliability, expands economic opportunities, and ensures that women and marginalized groups actively participate in the clean-energy workforce.
ATC LOSSES (THE THREAT)
Without proactive interventions, the ATC losses that undermine today’s grid could spill over and replicate in the emerging renewable energy networks, derailing the Nigerian Clean Energy Transition.
GEDSI
The Project aims to integrate Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) principles into the emerging opportunities in the Nigeria clean-energy technology landscape.
